xLiBPreP™ Ribo-out rRNA Removal Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat) is primarily used to remove cytoplasmic rRNA (including cytoplasmic 28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, and 5S rRNA) and mitochondrial rRNA (including 16S rRNA and 12S rRNA) from total RNA extracted from human, mouse, and rat samples, while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs. RNA purified with this kit is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA analysis.
